This pipeline job is triggered by the Squash TA pipeline job to test the trigger condition until it becomes true 
      and the pipeline can resume to perform stage 2 tests. Only one common instance of this job is necessary, 
      as all its setup is transmitted through job parameters by the calling pipeline.
